Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the rectangular movement of a plate with a single driving shaft by setting a comb-shaped plate eccentric in the forward and backward direction with the first cam installed on the single driving shaft, and displacing the plate to the right and left with the second cam. CONSTITUTION:Cams 25, 26 are installed on a single driving shaft 20. The cam 26 is formed so as to have an inclined surface of a small diameter from the zero rotational position of the driving shaft 20 to pi/4, a large diameter from pi/4 to pi/2 and a large diameter from pi/2 to pi2/3. A link 43 is operated vertically together with an oscillating link 42 by a cam follower 41 which comes into contact with the circumferential surface of the cam 26, and a link 44 is oscillatingly-driven in a cross direction around a supporting shaft B to operate a comb-shaped plate 19 forward and backward. The cam 25 is provided with a groove 25a in its circumference, and a cam follower 47 on one end of the link 42 is engaged, and the middle position of the link 42 is the center of rotation, so the link 42 is oscillated by the rotation of the cam 25 and the supporting shaft B is operated to the right and left to operate the plate 19 to the right and left. It is thus possible to provide the rectangular movement of the plate 19 only by the rotation of a single driving shaft 20.
