PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of the strength of a caged reinforcing bar braiding by preventing the breakage of the fiber tissue of the reinforcing bar by bonding the cross points between main reinforcing bars and auxiliary reinforcing bars for prestressed concrete piles by using a synthetic resin adhesive.
CONSTITUTION: Main reinforcing bars 1 are supported in parallel on the circumference, and the whole of the main reinforcing bars 1 is turned and wound with auxiliary reinforcing bars 2 while being sent out. A fixed amount of a synthetic resin adhesive is injected onto the cross points between the main and auxiliary reinforcing bars 1 and 2 from a jet nozzle 15. An applicator 10, an air cylinder 11, and a cooling pipe 12 are moved in the direction of arrow, and a press mold 13 is brought down by the air cylinder 11 to press the adhesive injected onto the cross points of the reinforcing bars between the press mold 13 and the supporting cylinder. In this case, cooling air is blown onto the cross points to quickly solidify the adhesive in combination with the radiation of heat by the press mold and the cylinder, whereby strongly bonding the main reinforcing bars 1 and the auxiliary reinforcing bars 2.
