PURPOSE: To obtain the composition excellent in impact strength, particularly at a low temperature, among mechanical characteristics and in oil resistance.
CONSTITUTION: The composition contains a thermoplastic polymer (a) with the principal chain having polarity and a modified block copolymer (b) comprising a block copolymer which contains at least one butadiene polymer block (B) having a degree of vinylation of at most 30% and a degree of unsaturation of at most 30%' and at least one polymer block (D) consisting of isoprene and butadiene at a weight ratio of (30:70) to (100:0) and having a degree of vinylation of at most 30% and a degree of unsaturation of at most 30% and to which molecular units containing a carboxyl group or its derivative group are combined, at a weight ratio of component (a) to component (b) of (2:98) to (98:2).
