PURPOSE: To construct a wall without using such a box panel, to have no necessity for using skilled workers and a large number of manufacturing hours in order to construct the wall at a low cost, to reduce man-power at a construction field and to prevent the wall from forming the same unevenness as that in the connection surface of the box panel.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of lower holding members 5 are arranged to floor slab 1 of a building element constructing a wall 7 at an interval of width corresponding to the thickness of the wall, posts are erected respectively to the lower holding members 5, and upper holding members 6 coming into contact with a ceiling slab 2 are loaded on the posts so that they are opposed to the lower holding members 5. Two flat plate-like templates 3 are loaded between insides of the upper and lower holding members 5 and 6 in a detachable manner, a space formed between the templates 3 is filled with concrete to construct the wall 7.
