Title:
ELASTIC ENDLESS TRACK BELT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5820577
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent an elastic endless track belt from being sunk into the cultivated soil of wet fields by burying a number of lateral core metals at a distance in the lengthwise direction and protruding lugs on the outer surface of the grouding side in an arrangement corresponding to said core metals so as to provide flexing regions at predetermined positions between the lugs.

CONSTITUTION: An endless track belt is constituted with an elastic belt 6 made of rubber or a rubber-like elastic material reinforced braodways by a number of laternal core metals 1 buried and arranged at a distance in the lengthwise direction, and lugs 3 are protruded on the outer surface of the grounding side in an arrangement corresponding to the lateral core metals 1. Tension reinforcing cords 2 are provided so as to surround the lateral core metals 1, and engaging holes 4 are formed between the lugs 3. In addition, flexing regions with small deformation resistance are provided on at least one side (both sides in the figure) of ear edges 7 slightly separated outward from the straight line 1-1 connecting the outer ends of the lateral core metals of the elastic belt 6, thereby the track belt is prevented from being sunk into the mud.
