Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a manufacturing method of a multilayer ceramic capacitor wherein a dielectric layer is thinned, many layers can be laminated, and high reliability is ensured.

CONSTITUTION: In order to achieve the purpose, a first ceramic green sheet 10 which is not coated with conductive paste is interposed between second ceramic green sheets 1 which are coated with palladium paste 2 turning to inner electrodes, in the part between effective layers constituted by thermally transferring a plurality of ceramic green sheets coatd with conductive paste.
