Abstract:
PURPOSE:To form a steep interface with little reaction or little crystal structure defect by laminating an oxide superconductor and an oxide magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:When a laminate membrane of an oxide superconductor 2 and a magnetic substance is formed, a metal or a metal alloy is not used but an oxide magnetic substance is used as the magnetic substance. As a result, even in a high temperature process to form the oxide superconductor membrane, a diffusion and a reaction at the interface can be suppressed. And since many oxide magnetic substances have a crystal structure similar to that of the oxide superconductor 2, an oxide magnetic substance 1 which has the crystal structure and the grid constant of a good conformity can be selected. Consequently, a steep interface with little interface reaction and little crystal structure defect can be formed.
