PURPOSE: To provide a display board which changes colors and images to be displayed by visual angles on an observer side, features high image quality and has durability.

CONSTITUTION: Striped light shielding patterns 12 which are colored black are stuck to the surface facing the observer of a substrate 11 constituting the display board 10. Color pattern layers 13 consisting of color patterns 13a, 13b, 13c colored to three kinds of colors are formed to a stripe form in the same one direction as the stripe direction of these light shielding layers 12 and are stuck to the surface which receives light from a light source. The light transmitted through the color patterns 13a in a visual direction 41a is shielded by the light shielding pattern layers 12 and the light transmitted through the color patterns 13b and the color patterns 13c arrives at the observer side and, therefore, the mixed colors of the color patterns 13b and the color patterns 13c are visually admitted, Similarly, the mixed colors meeting the visual directions 41b, 41c arrive at the observer side and, therefore, the colors are visible as if the colors change continuously according to the visual angles.
