PURPOSE: To perform concurrent operations or automatic operations of a stacking unit and a withdrawal unit at will with no restriction to each other by providing a withdrawal unit capable of traveling horizontally under the central portion of a heap of a grain cargo.

CONSTITUTION: A groove 11 is formed under the central portion of a heap of a grain cargo 1, and a travel body 10 capable of traveling horizontally is provided in the groove 11 in parallel with it, then a scraper 9 is fitted to the traveling body 10 as free of rotation. A withdrawal unit 8 such as a, so called, paddle feeder which scrapes the grain cargo stacked on a groove opening 7 over a conveyor 4 by rotation of the scraper 9 is provided in the groove 11. When the stock pile A is reduced to the level lower than the peak of the stock piles B due to a stoppage of a stacking unit 3 or a feed deficiency, supplies can be given at will to the stock pile A by operation of a scraper bodies 5.
