Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide production of health support food for which aloes are fermented and ripened as main raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A saccharide is mixed with simple aloes or a mixture mixing the aloes, leaf vegetables, root vegetables and fruits in a suitable composition ratio so that its saccharinity can be 15 Brix to 37.5 Brix, that mixture is adjusted to the temperature of 20 to 35 deg.C and naturally fermented in a fermentation tub or a starter cultivated by using the strain of lactobacillus is added to this mixture and fermented, further, sugar is added to a liquid-state substance provided after this fermentation so that its saccharinity can be 50 to 60 Brix, and ripened for several months later concerning this production of health support food.
