PURPOSE: To prevent an insulating material from being projected by the weight of a vehicle and making the vehicle impossible to run further by a method wherein the outer periphery of an inner wheel, provided with a recess, and the inner periphery of the outer wheel are integrated by force fitting through textile of glass fiber and the layer of an epoxy resin series bonding agent, which are arranged on the fitting surfaces of the outer and inner wheels.

CONSTITUTION: The bonding agent is coated around the whole surface of the outer periphery of the inner wheel body A while a glass mat impregnated with the same kind of bonding agent is wound around the coated surface. A glass tape is wound around the whole surface of the glass mat and, then, the glass mat is wound again, thereafter, the bonding agent is coated again to form a glass mat layer 9. Next, the surface of the mat layer 9 is covered by a vinyl tape to cure it about twelve hours by an induction coil at the temperature of 25W35°C, thereafter, the vinyl tape is separated and the outer peripheral surface is finished into a dimension within an allowance by applying surface grinding. The outer wheel body B is heated to the temperature of 80W100°C and is located at a predetermined position, the inner wheel body, whose finished surface is coated with the bonding agent, is inserted into the inner periphery of the outer wheel body under pressing with the pressure of 3W5ton from the direction P and, thereafter, the pressing force is increased to about 30ton and both of the bodies are left about 20min.
