Abstract:
Hitherto, porous or fibrous suction elements have been used in liquified gas containers to improve the transport of the gas. It was possible for problems to occur during operation due to mechanical abrasion and detachments.
Instead of the suction elements, discs 63 are proposed with integrated transport means 23 with capillary effect, which discs convey the liquified gas to a wick 40 or directly to the evaporation element 26.
