Title:
TWO-PACK TYPE AEROSOL MIXER FOR PREPARATION OF URETHANE FOAM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5840168
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain excellent spray, by specifying the ratio of the sectional area of two conduits to that of a mixing nozzle pipe formed by joining and connecting the conduits so that mixing and reacting content composition with a spraying agent is sufficiently performed.

CONSTITUTION: The two-pack type aerosol mixer for the preparation of urethane foam comprises two conduits having head parts to be connected to the valve spraying part of an aerosol bomb and a mixing nozzle pipe formed by joining and connecting the conduits. In order to perform excellent mixing such that spray amounts of polyol and isocyanate to form content composition come nearly equivalent to each other, the ratio of the sectional area of the two conduits to that of the mixing nozzle pipe is held above 0.1 in a manner such that the ratio of the content composition to a spraying agent is controlled at 1.0. The inner diameter of the mixing nozzle pipe is preferably made equal to that of the conduits to facilitate the constitution of the mixer.
