Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify, miniaturize and mass-produce the semiconductor motor by controlling the reciprocating conduction of stator winding from the detecting output of the back electromotive voltage of the stator winding under conduction and the pulse signal output of a predetermined period corresponding to each phase from an oscillator. CONSTITUTION:When starting, a transistor 22 and a corresponding tansistor in a conduction control circuit 3-2 are conducted by input to each terminal 28, 29 of pulse signals (b), (c) from the oscillator 4 at time such as T1, and the stator winding 1-1, 1-2 is conducted. The oscillator 4 receives the detecting signals of back electromotive voltage by back electromotive voltage detecting circuits 2-1- 2-3, and the output operation of the oscillator is stopped by an oscillator control circuit 5. Back electromotive voltage in the arrow A direction of the stator winding 1-1 is detected by means of an operational amplifier 13 and transistors 17, 19 are conducted, back electromotive voltage in the arrow B direction of the stator winding 1-2 is detected through an amplification circuit 25, the coresponding transistor in the conduction control circuit 3-2 is conduted, and the stator winding 1-1, 1-2 is conducted.
