PURPOSE:To prevent the production of large head even if a sheet valve is instantaneously closed by reducing the passage of a leakage hole smaller than that of a through hole to lift the sheet valve in a semiclosed state, and then contacting the sheet valve with a valve seat cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 6 is opened to face an inflow passage 1 at the peripheral edge of a sheet valve 5 which is disposed oppositely to the valve seat surface of a valve seat cylinder 3, and a leakage hole 7 is opened to face an exhaust passage 2 in the cylinder 3 at the center of the valve 5. Prior to the contact of the valve 5 with the cylinder 3 by the pressing force of a valve rod 13, the area of the flow passage of the hole 7 of the sheet valve in the opened state is reduced from the area of the passage of the hole 6, the hydraulic pressure in the pressure chamber 12 is increased than that of the passage 1 to lift the sheet valve by the pressure in the pressure chamber in half closed state, the flow rate of the passage 2 is reduced, and the sheet valve is then contacted with the cylinder by the pressing force of the valve rod, thereby closing the valve.
