Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the detecting sensitivity of a sensor, by constituting a full bridge with four barber-pole elements. CONSTITUTION:Conductor layers 2 are formed on an insulating substrate 1. Each layer 2 is formed so that a strip pattern is oriented toward 135 deg. with 0 deg. as a reference. A plurality of layers 2 are aligned in the direction of 0 deg.. The layers are divided into groups 2a-2d. The thin film of ferromagnetic magnetoresistance element is evaporated thereon. The layers 2 in each group are connected in correspondence with the groups 2a-2d. Both ends are connected to wiring layers 3. Resistance layers 4, which are extending in the direction of 0 deg., are formed. At this time, barber pole elements are formed with the layers 2 and 4. The barber pole elements 100a-100d are electrically connected with the wiring layers 3. Thus a full bridge is formed. When a current is made to flow from an electrode 3a to an electrode 3b, a potential difference is yielded between electrodes 3c and 3d in correspondence with a magnetic field.
