Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently transfer data in plural discontinuous areas, with respect to a data transfer equipment.

CONSTITUTION: This data transfer equipment is constituted of a transferred destination address register 2, plural transferring source address registers 31 to 3n and a controller 4. When data transfer between two storage areas 6, 7 is requested, these registers are set up by a CPU 5. Thereby the end of data transfer processing in each boundary between two discontinuous areas, the setting of registers and the restart of data transfer are omitted in data transfer including plural discontinuous areas and an effect for attaining efficient data transfer can be obtained.
