Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatically allocate a work table for satisfying designated conditions to a building, to which the designated conditions are applied, among routine maintenance object buildings. CONSTITUTION:A schedule allocation processing part 14c extracts the designated building from a working site information storage part 11' and decides the candidate dates of a work executing date based on a condition concerning the work executing date among the designated conditions. Next, the work executing date and workers are decided based on a condition concerning the workers among the designated conditions, the candidate dates, and the qualifications or holiday information of the workers stored in a personal information storage part 12.
