Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to turn and move a turn cutting blade on the way of cutting, by providing a reverse rotation checking pawl which can be changed over between a biting condition with respect to a third gear and a neutral condition, and further, by incorporating a compulsory turn knob integrally with a shaft on which first and second gears are journalled. CONSTITUTION:When a reverse rotation checking pawl 20 is changed over into a neutral condition by a pressing piece 23 simultaneously with the change- over of a ratchet lever 16 into a neutral condition, in addition to a third small gear 15, the reversely and normally rotatable conditions of a large gear 12 and a first small gear 11 are assured. In such conditions, when a compulsory turn knob 14 is rotated in a predetermined direction so as to rotate the first small gear directly in the same direction, a turn cutting blade 4 is compulsorily rotated in the normal and reverse directions by manually operating the knob 14 even other than the opening and closing operation of a swingable handle 2. Accordingly, if the turn cutting blade 4 is opened by the manual operation of the knob 14, a cable may be simply taken out from the space between both cutting blades 3, 4.
