Abstract:
The invention relates to a comb-like structure having a plurality of teeth which protrude in a transverse direction from a longitudinal strip (3) extending across all teeth (2), and to a method for producing such a comb-like structure. The aim of the invention is to provide a comb and a method for producing same which is rapid and therefore economical and significantly reduces the reject rate during production. The invention provides for a method for joining a plurality of small parts with the surface of a supporting part, for use especially for producing comb-like structure having a plurality of teeth (2) which protrude from a longitudinal strip (3) in a transverse direction, notably the spring combs or comb strips in textile machines. The invention is characterized in that the teeth are manufactured individually and are firmly attached by gluing to at least one longitudinal strip extending along all teeth.
