Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled molded article such as sheet, film, etc. having excellent optical properties, free from blooming tendency, by adding the power of a specific acrylic resin, thereby preventing the blocking of the film without lowering its transparency.
CONSTITUTION: In the extrusion or injection molding of the pellets of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin, the pellets are smeared with 0.01W10wt% of the powder of an acrylic resin having a refractive index of 1.3W1.6 and a melt flow index of 9W16g/10min. The thermoplastic polyurethane resin is e.g. a transparent resin produced mainly from a high-molecular diol, a chain extender, and a non- yellowing diisocyanate.
