Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title material in which the formation of a passive film at the time of turning on electricity can be suppressed by incorporating specific amt. of Ni to Ti. CONSTITUTION:An insoluble material is constituted of, by weight, 0.5-<45% Ni and the balance Ti with inevitable impurities. Or, the above material is used as a surface layer. In the material, bath voltage is stabilized and excellent current efficiency and energy efficiency can be obtd. without the formation of a passive film for a long period of time even when it is used as an anode for the extraction of electrolytic manganese dioxide.
