PURPOSE: To improve the response characteristic and surge resistance characteristic of a noise absorbing device constituted of inductance elements and a capacitor and to reduce the size of the device.

CONSTITUTION: Non-metallic films 4, 5 having a high magnetic field ratio are respectively formed on two terminal boards 1, 2, inductance elements L1, L2 are formed on the films 4, 5, a Zener diode(ZD) 8 is mounted on another terminal board 3, respective one-end parts of the terminal boards 1 to 3 are constituted as external terminals T1 to T3, and the ZD 8 is connected to the boards 1, 2 through respective bonding wires 9, 10. Since the elements L1, L2 and ZD 8 can be respectively constituted as thin elements, the thickness and size of the device can be reduced, the response characteristic of the device can be improved by reducing the capacitance value of the ZD and the surge proof characteristic also can easily be improved.
