Abstract:

Platinum and crown ether complexes having the general formula (I), wherein C is a mono- or bicyclic crown ether, A is ammonia or a mono- or di-Cl-C4-alkylamine or an amine function contained in the crown ether and X is halogen or the anion of mono- and dicarbonic acids. Said complexes have an interesting cytostatic activity and are therefore appropriate for the treatment of cancers.
