Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable to obtain the most appropriate scraped-up volume of oil according to the speed by forming two discs of different outer diameters of in a bearing oil supplying device having a bearing metal, a bearing stand, an oil disc and oil-collecting metal fittings. CONSTITUTION:Oil discs 4a and 4b of different outer diameter sizes are provided in a part of a rotary axis 1, and the discs are accommodatingly arranged in a bearing stand 3 through a bearing metal 2. At the time of slow speed rotation, a certain measure of necessary circumferential speed is secured because the diameter of the disc 4a is large, and at the time of high speed rotation, the circumferential speed becomes not so high because the diameter of the disc 4b is small. Thus, as a whole, appropriate volume of lubricating oil can be scraped up at approximately constant circumferential speed. The scraped-up oil is supplied to a bearing metal 2 by oil-collecting metal fittings 5.
