Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject suppressing agent capable of suppressing metastasis of cancer to an organ and excellent in macrobiotic effect by including a specific dithiol derivative as an active ingredient.
CONSTITUTION: The objective suppressing agent contains a dithiol derivative expressed by the formula (R1 and R2 are 1-6C alkyl). Furthermore, the suppressing agent is administered in the range of 1-50mg/1kg weight adult daily in the case of oral administration.
