When it has been installed correctly, an electricity- transmitting control part 13 sends out an AC power to a high-frequency electric power generation part 12 and generates high-frequency electric power Pt. An electricity-transmitting antenna 11 converts the high-frequency electric power Pt into electromagnetic waves and sends them out to an electricity-receiving antenna 21 in the electricity-receiving device 2 which is faced. The electricity- receiving antenna 21 in the electricity-receiving device 2 receives the electromagnetic waves and converts them into high-frequency electric power Pr. A detection part 22 detects the high-frequency electric power Pr and converts it into DC electric power at a prescribed voltage.
