PURPOSE: To automatically remove an adhesive tape from a printed board stack, and easily and accurately dispose of the removed adhesive tape by rotatably driving a crusher and shifting the crusher and a printed board stack relatively in a direction along both sides thereof, concurrently with the rotation of the crusher.

CONSTITUTION: A crusher 26 is rotated with a rotation drive mechanism such as a motor, and the drive roller 41 of a travel mechanism rotates, thereby shifting a printed board stack 1 at the preset speed in an arrow A direction. Also, the crusher 26 concurrently rotates in such state as pressed to the side of the stack 1 under the preset pressure and at the same time, moves along the side thereof. Thus, an adhesive tape pasted to the side of the stack is crushed into fine pieces and removed on the motion of the crusher 26. According to this construction, the adhesive tape of the stack 1 can be automatically removed, and the removed tape can be disposed of easily and accurately.
