Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the quality of a coating by removing the iron powder contained in a liq. at the time of recycling the liq. sprayed on a material to be coated through a circulating passage.

CONSTITUTION: A spray 25 for spraying a liq. on a material to be coated is connected to a tank 27 to store the liq. sprayed from the spray 25 through a circulating passage 28. A Laval separator 31 is provided to the circulating passage 28, a spiral flow is formed in the separator 31, and the iron powder contained in the liq. is removed by the separator 31.
