PURPOSE: To obtain a bill processing device having high performance of the bill stacking function.

CONSTITUTION: In a bill processing device for sequentially arranging bills sent one by one on a stacker 2 after receiving them by two impellers 4, 5 almost horizontally arranged, a bill guide 6 taking a bent-shaped surface approximately matching a locus drawn by the bill inserted between the impellers 4, 5 as a guide surface is provided, and the bill guide 6 is arranged in the position approximately facing to the position where the bent part of the bill passes.
