Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a video service in which a waiting time is short, and also, a degree of freedom is high to a user.
CONSTITUTION: In accordance with a request of user terminal equipments 9a-9m, a target video source is transmitted by a controller 1 and an exchange equipment 3 through user terminating equipments 5a-5m. The controller 1 transfers a request state of the video source of a user to a bus controller 7, and this bus controller 7 reorganizes the video source in video memories 2a-2n through a high speed bus 8.
