CONSTITUTION: A swingably drivable turntable 42 is provided on a tower support 41 so as to be capable of swinging around a vertical swing shaft CT1, and an artificial snow supply apparatus 18 with an artificial snow supply duct 20, which duct can be telescopically driven, is provided on the turntable so as to extend the supply duct 20 in a horizontal direction. Furthermore, an artificial snow-blowing nozzle 34 with an outlet 34a is provided at the top end of the supply duct so as to be vertically movably driven and to be tiltably driven between a vertical position and a horizontal position.
