Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the total system highly compact and economical and make it applicable to a truck-carried apparatus, too. SOLUTION: A mixer 12 is installed at a vertical pipe section 24 for introducing a dry solid component separated by a solid-gas separator (a cyclone 14) into a pneumatic transport pipe 22; a wet waste is supplied to the mixer 12 and mixed with the dry solid component; the resultant mixture is introduced from the mixer 12 through the pneumatic transport pipe 22 into a pneumatic dryer 28 where to be crushed and dried; a pneumatic dryer outlet gas containing the dry solid component is introduced into the solid-gas separator (the cyclone 14), and the separated dry solid component is stored in a dry solid storage vessel 16; a part of the dry solid component is discharged out of the system and the rest is returned to the mixer 12 in the vertical pipe section 24; and a part of the separated solid-gas separator outlet gas is circulated to the pneumatic transport pipe 22.
