Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the swinging phenomenon by the weight of a door or wind pressure and the collision in a stopping point by controlling the opening and closing speed of the door according to an ideal acceleration curve or deceleration curve in the opening and closing of the door. SOLUTION: When a door in stopping is accelerated, the acceleration curve is determined, considering the maximum set weight and highest set speed of the door and the driving performance of a motor 1. The deviation between the actual traveling speed of the door and the acceleration curve is detected to control the accelerating force of the motor 1. In stopping, similarly, the proper value of low speed traveling distance is predetermined, and the deceleration starting point and the speed of the door are determined by operation as a function of position from high speed set value, deceleration curve and low speed traveling distance. This is set as a speed command 25, and the control torque is increased and decreased by a current designation 19 according to the difference between the command value and the actual speed.
