Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective utilization of crushed metallic raw material, efficient fusion in a furnace such as a blast furnace and time shortening by improving a constitution which crushes waste into a constant shape in such a manner that the waste is crushed into a figure such as shape, dimension and thickness suitable for the usage of the crushed metallic raw material. SOLUTION: This crushing processing method of metallic waste is constituted in such a manner that the metallic waste is successively supplied into a shredder, crushed by the rocking in millimeters of an upper shredder damper and the impact on the rocking position, afterward, guided to a crushing aperture formed by a wall surface of an intermediate wall surface which rocks in millimeters and a hammer of the shredder and the crushed metallic material which is crushed so as to have a figure such as shape, dimension and thickness suitable for the usage of the crushed metallic raw material by utilizing the crushing processing of several times applied by the blow of the hammer to the crushing aperture in millimeters and the intermediate wall surface is discharged from a square hole of the upper shredder damper. In such a manner, the crushing processing method of the metallic waste which is optimal for the usage of metallic raw material and contributes the improvement of thermal efficiency and resource economization, etc., can be obtained.
