PURPOSE: To provide a liquid preparation mixing and injecting device which uses a single main container with a cap as a container for storing a main liquid preparation and a subliquid preparation, for stirring and mixing both the liquids with a specific stirrer, and for injecting the mixed liquid preparation, is economical and easy to handle, and improves job efficiency because a job can be carried out readily and properly.

CONSTITUTION: The cylindrical mouth 2 of an elastic main container 1 is hermetically sealed with a cap 3. A liquid preparation mixing and injecting device is comprised of a liquid preparation storage (a) storing a main liquid and a hermetically sealed subcontainer 4 containing a subliquid, which is connected to the cap 3, a stirrer (b) having a stirring vane 7, insertable/extractable into/out of the main container 1 from its cylindrical mouth 2, which is attached to the lower part of a shaft rod 6 which can be pierced through the cap 3 and is provided with a handle 5 in its upper part, and an injecting nozzle (c) which is attached to the cylindrical mouth 2 of the main container 1.
