Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method capable of suppressing the progress of tissue degradation of a perishable plant over a long period of placing it even in natural conditions and keep such freshness as the perishable plant had at the time of treatment.
CONSTITUTION: A mixed film containing one or more kinds of water-insoluble aliphatic-acid partial ester of polyhydric alcohol and one or more kinds of phospholipids is absorbed on a cut site of a perishable plant whose tissue is cut.
