Abstract:
PURPOSE:To draw a mandrel easily, and to prevent the leakage of a refrigerant, a gas, etc. in the fitting mounting section of a hose without damaging a tube by using the mandrel having specific surface roughness. CONSTITUTION:When a tube composed of a thermoplastic resin under a melted state is formed onto a mandrel made of a resin by employing a resin extruder and the mandrel is drawn from the tube, the surface roughness (Rmax) of the mandrel made of the resin is brought to 60mum from 1mum. A nylon resin, various copolymerized nylon resins and blended nylon resins, a polyurethane resin, a polytetramethyl pentene resin, fluorine plastics and a polyester resin can be exampled as the resin forming the mandrel. the nylon resin, the copolymerized nylon resin and the blended nylon resin, the polyurethane resin, the fluorine plastics, the polyester resin, a polyolefin resin, an ionomer resin, a thermoplastic rubber, etc. can be exampled as the resin shaping the tube.
