Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for dispersing ceramic particles as starting material by which the dispersibility of spinel-contg. ceramic particles as starting material is enhanced to obtain a high density uniform green sheet.
CONSTITUTION: When a ceramic. green sheet is molded with ceramic particles consisting of two or more components contg. pulverized spinel particles as starting material, a binder and a water-based solvent, anionic polycarboxylic acid is added. The dispersibility of the ceramic particles as starting material is enhanced and the objective high density uniform green sheet is obtd.
