Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thermal power generating unit, in which there is no possibility of a thermoelectric element being broken and more than one thermoelectric element is housed. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for thermal power generating unit, a lead board 130 is fixed to a first heat transferring plate 120. A plurality of thermoelectric elements 140 (140a1 and 140a6) are fixed to the first heat transferring plate 120, permitting the first thermoelectric element board and first heat transferring plate to become thermally conductive with each other. A thermoelectric element terminal pattern is connected electrically with the lead pattern of the lead board through wire bonding, and a plurality of thermoelectric elements 140 are wired in series. A unit frame 160 is fitted to the first heat transferring plate 120. Then, a second heat transferring plate 170 is fitted to the unit frame 160, permitting a second thermoelectric element board 142 and second heat transferring plate 170 to become thermally conductive with each other.
