PURPOSE: To provide the logic circuit which outputs a positive signal and a negative signal with the small number of transistors.
CONSTITUTION: When both of two inputs A and B are '1' or '0', the output of an EXOR element 100 and a negative output are turned to '0' or '1', a negative switch element 110 is turned to a high impedance, a negative switch element 120 is turned to a conducted state, an output Z of a negative logic element 130 is refused by the element 120, and the value of the output Z is kept. When the signals of the inputs A and B are different, the negative switch element 120 is turned to the high impedance, the negative switch element 110 is turned to to the conducted state, the input A is passed through the elements 110 and 130 and turned to the signal value of the output Z, and a so-called Muller-C circuit is provided.
