Title:
ELECTROLUMINESCENT LAMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07114989
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a divided emission type electroluminescent lamp in which an electrode lead-out part does not affect an emission part.

CONSTITUTION: A back electrode 7 having divided optional pattern is formed on a reflecting insulating layer 6, on the upper surface of which an insulating layer 8 provided with an opening par for lead-out electrode for each divided part, is formed. A pickup electrode 11 lead to the back electrode 7 through an opening part 8d is provided on the upper surface of the insulating layer 8. Since the electrode lead-out part does not emit light and the thickness of this part is not increased, a small and thin divided emission type electroluminescent lamp can be easily provided.
