PURPOSE: To position a frieze board in contact with the underneath side of a top plate and also prevent the occurrence of a gap between the frieze board and the top plate, by putting the frieze board in contact with the underneath side of the top plate by means of a spring member.
CONSTITUTION: At the upper end of an outer frieze board 15, a spring member 18 is provided opposite a notch opening. The spring member 18 is composed of a kick spring consisting of an elastic torsion coil spring. In the assamblage of the outer frieze board 15, an inner frieze board 14 is placed between both legs 11 and 12 and fixed. Then, the spring member 18 is inserted into the notch opening of a wiring duct 16, and the outer frieze board 15 is pulled up by the elasticity of the spring member 18 and set in contact with the underneath side of the wiring duct 16. By inserting the spring member 18 into the notch opening in such a way, the outer frieze board 15 is pulled up by the elasticity of the spring member 18 and the upper-end face of the outer frieze board 15 is positioned in contact with the underneath side of the wiring duct 16. Therefore, because the positioning of the outer frieze board 15 and fitting are facilitated, job efficiency improves.
