Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a wire supply and an arc stability by adhering a fluorine derivative droplet of liquid polyether, which has a diameter of a specific range, on the surface at an adhering density of a specific range. SOLUTION: A fluorine derivative of polyether is adhered on the surface of a wire at the adhering density of 20-80 drops/mm<2> and under the condition that the diameter of droplet is 50-200 μm. The diameter is preferred to be 100-150 μm. A fluorine oil 12a is adhered on the surface of a wire 11a, which has a welding workability with an excellent wire supply and arc stability, under the droplet condition. The fluorine oil 12a does not cover all the surface of the wire 11a, but is dotted on the surface of the wire at a desired density. As a method for adhering the fluorine oil on the surface of the wire, for example, the voltage to be applied to a bell cup of a rotary electrostatic atomizing coating device, a rotating number of the bell cup, and the supplying volume of the fluorine oil are adjusted.
