PURPOSE: To prevent any odor from being externally leaked by shielding the interior of the accommodation compartments even when after the garbage is thrown thereinto it is decomposed with the lapse of time, and eliminate the feeling of discomfort resulting from the throw-away of the garbage.
CONSTITUTION: A nipping mechanism 6 is provided for openably and closably nipping garbage bag 5 disposed inside an accommodation compartment body 2 at an upper/central portion thereof. Each time garbage 39 is thrown in, the opening/closing operation of the nipping mechanism 6 is repeated. The garbage 39 is accommodated in the garbage bag 5 in a closed condition without externally leaking any malodor. The malodor of the garbage 39 at the time when an outer lid is opened is easily and reliably shielded.
