PURPOSE: To secure a sufficiently large bias magnetic field margine also in triangular wave driving by forming three or more external folding parts on the outside of a back pattern of a transfer pattern.
CONSTITUTION: Two folding parts 8, 9 are newly formed in addition to a folding part 4 on outside of the back pattern 3 connecting a magnetic bubble charging foot 1 to a magnetic bubble discharging foot 2 to form three folding parts in all. since the folding parts 8, 9 are formed, a magnetic bubble attracting magnetic pole is concentrated into the folding part when the direction of the external magnetic field is 45° and the magnetic bubbles are sufficiently attracted because of the increment of the area of the whole pattern, so that the sufficiently large bias magnetic field margine is obtained also in the triangular wave driving. Using said pattern makes it possible to improve a margine M2 at the triangular wave driving and obtain a value close to sine wave driving (a).
