Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accurately and surely electrically connect a sub cartridge and a device main body and to improve operability in the case of attaching/ detaching the sub cartridge to/from the device main body. CONSTITUTION:In a multicolor image forming device provided with a main cartridge 2 and the sub cartridge 3 which is attached to/detached from the main cartridge 2, the sub cartridge 3 and the device main body are electrically connected through the main cartridge 2. By positioning the sub cartridge 3 with respect to the main cartridge 2, the positioning for the electric connection of the sub cartridge 3 is attained at the same time, so that the sub cartridge 3 and the device main body are accurately and surely electrically connected. The sub cartridge is easily attached/detached by being connected to/separated from the main cartridge 2, thereby improving the operability in the case of attaching/detaching the sub cartridge 3.
