Abstract:
PURPOSE:To manufacture the title laminated ceramic capacitor with less delamination phenomenon offering the same equivalent series resistance(ESR) as that of the conventional low resistance metallic inner electrodes, CONSTITUTION:The title laminated ceramic capacitor is composed of inner electrode structure wherein an inner electrode contains 5%-75% of inorganic material fine particles such as ferroelectric ceramics 1, etc., in the periphery of a metallic inner electrode 2 excluding the outer electrode leading-out port connecting to an outer electrode 5 as well as another inner electrode 3 containing an inorganic filler in particle size of 200 micron or in one side 20% width of the inner electrode 2 width is formed.
