PURPOSE: To provide a hot water and water mixing cock capable of setting the mixing ratio of water and hot water, discharging a specific flow of water with a simple structure and changing the flow simultaneously.
CONSTITUTION: Water side and hot water side valve seat rings 6 are provided in a flow path of a main body. Converging water side and hot water side valve bodies operated by a single shaft of a temperature adjusting spindle 4 operated from the outside are permitted to be drawn in and out of the corresponding valve seat rings 6, and a flow adjusting handle 3 to move axially at least one of the valve seat rings 6 is provided. The sum of annular flow path areas between the water side and hot water side valve elements and the valve seat rings 6 is fixed to a fixed one by the rotational operation of the temperature adjusting spindle 4 to permit the discharge of a fixed amount of water. The relative moving distance of the water side and hot water side valve elements to the corresponding valve seat rings 6 can be increased or decreased by the rotational operation of the flow adjusting handle 3 to change the flow.
