PURPOSE: To take out intended ones from among packed article quickly and accurately by selecting article matching a certain specified address from thereamong as transmitted as signals.
CONSTITUTION: Double pulse intervals of pulses P1 and P2 with a fixed pulse interval t0 are differentiated as t1Wt4 and five, ten, three or the like of these double pulses are combined to form an article specifying address 5-10-3 or the like. Then, a high frequency signal transmitted is modulated with the pulse of specified address. On the receiving side, the moldulaed signal is demodulated to the original pulse train with a detection circuit 14, selected at each unit pulse with a selection circuit 16 and counted with a retrieving circuit 17. Thus, the specified number transmitted from the transmission side is encoded to generate an article specifying signal thereby enabling the picking up of intended article quickly and accurately.
